The quality of the selected antique estate pieces is unmatched. Highlights of the auction will include antiques made by such prolific furniture makers, including J.H. Belter,
J & JW Meeks, Thomas Brooks, A. Roux, Karpen, R.J. Horner, and Mitchell & Rammelsberg. The auction will also include: great, early Old Paris porcelains; a collection of brilliant-cut
glassware; original works of art; antique lamps; Persian, hand-made rugs; old clocks; China; and hundreds of other fine antique home furnishings. The real estate at 2011 35th Avenue,
Meridian, Mississippi is for sale, and a Real Estate representative will be on-hand on-site Friday April 17, 2015 and Saturday, April 18, 2015.
Open House preview will be Friday, April 17, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The auction will be held under large tents, rain or shine, with comfortable seating and refreshments available.

Announcements made day of auction take precedence over all written material. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on the total purchase price with an extra
2% processing fee for credit cards. A 7% sales tax will be charged on all merchandise sold, the only exception is for those with a valid & verifiable state resale number.
For out-of-state buyers: you must have a copy of your tax certificate or other proof that you are a tax-exempt business owner/agent. Not responsible for accidents.
