Stevens Auction Company is pleased to announce the commission to offer at public auction the estate of MS. Nell Howell, of Aberdeen, Mississippi.
MS. Howell has been placed in a personal care center and has decided to sell all of her antique treasures and her home, “Silk Stocking Row”, built in 1895.
The home contains beautiful Victorian, Empire, and Federal furniture as well as china, sterling silver, old clocks, original works of art, handmade Persian
rugs plus hundreds of other rare collectibles.
The sale of MS. Howell’s home is being managed by Marsha Ballard, broker, of Southern Realty and Management Company. The home will be available for showing in mid-March 2012.

Announcements made day of auction take precedence over all written material. A 15% Buyers Premium will be charged on the total purchase price, with a 2% processing fee for credit cards.
