Stevens Auction Company will be conducting an auction, comprised of somewhat different wares than our usual fare. We will be selling merchandise for our dear friend, Mr. John Luker, who owns Matubby Creek Machine Shop. Luker is also a member of the Cedar Creek Fire Department who, along with the Aberdeen Fire Department, were able to save my home, Adams-French Mansion, from complete destruction by fire in the summer of 2006.
Almost all of the merchandise is new and still in original boxes. Over 1500 items will be sold in this one-day event. The inventory ranges from trucks to electric motors of all sizes from ¼HP to 40HP, belts of all sizes, hundreds of barring, shelving, over 50 electric fan blades and parts, capacitors, right angle drive adaptors, adjustable speed drive, brass valves, relays, temperature controls, current transformers, time delay breakers, PC boards, hot knife components, electric brakes, pedal switchers, pressure gauges, 400 AMP circuit breakers, semi-conductor assembly, electric cords and wiring components, all sorts of electric switches, glass air bowls, torque limiter plates, electric speed controls, conveyor components, motor brushes of varying size, worn gears, easy lock flange assembly, roller chains, hundreds of tapered bushings, assorted jaw couplers, gear boxes of all sizes, 20 cans of Crame gear oil, used 60HP motor, electric motor mounting plates and bases, coil stock steel & brass shaft seals, oil seals, brass bushings, air cylinders, sprockets & gears, pulleys of different sizes, plus hundreds of other items.

The auction preview will be held on Friday, March 5, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Auction doors will open at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 6, 2010.
