We proudly announce our commission to sell at auction the unparalleled estate of the late Jimmy Pippen.
The estate consists of Pippin Antiques, Pippen Interiors, Mr. Pippen’s private residence, the contents of
“The Orchard” and several treasure packed warehouses.
Jimmy Pippen was without a doubt one of the most talented designers of our time. He used both old and
new to create tasteful ambiences in some of the finest homes throughout the southeastern region of the United States.
Some of his shining achievements over the past 15 years consist of The Eola Hotel lobby, “Ravennaside”, “Paradise”,
“The Orchard”, “Magnolia Hall”, “Cherokee” and other antebellum homes of Natchez, as well as “Cypress Pound Plantation”,
Albany, GA.
His present project was the restoration of “Nottoway” Plantation House on River Road near Baton Rouge. His private
residence was his shining achievement which he believed to be a perfect creation and was appropriately named “Paradise”.
The auction will take place in Natchez Convention Center at 211 Main Street, Natchez, MS 39120. It will be
held in two sessions, Friday October 3rd and on Saturday October 4th starting at 10:00 A.M. each day. Click here for a map.
Friday session will offer decorator items such as lamps, fine porcelain, bronze statues, decorative accessories and lighting.
Saturday session will offer Beautiful Antique Furniture, 19th Century lamps, hand made wool rugs, great Oil paintings by
listed artist, silver, crystal, china, 19th century porcelains along with hundreds of beautiful art objects and accessories.
Be sure and attend the Open House Preview from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, October 2, 2008!

Additionally, phone bids are welcome with advanced arrangements. Please have all phone bid requests in by NOON on Thursday, October 2, 2008.
Bids left after this time may or may not be processed in time for the auction.

Announcements made day of auction take precedence over all written material. A 12% buyer’s premium will be charged on the total
